  • Recruitment services
    • Selecting appropriate candidates according to your specified job requirements
    • Interview candidates to ensure only qualifying candidates are sent for final interview at the client
    • Background check on candidates, which includes criminal, qualification and reference verification

     

  • Human resource department functions
    • Drawing up labour contracts in accordance with the basic conditions of employment act
    • Setting up appropriate systems to ensure productivity of staff
    • Disciplinary actions against employees
    • Representation at the CCMA and bargaining councils on behalf of the client
    • Keeping appropriate leave records
    • Setting of a disciplinary code and procedure
    • Drawing up KPA’s (Key performance areas) for employees with set deliverables to ensure desired results are achieved by employers
    • Ensuring appropriate skills development programs are in place
    • Ensuring an appropriate employment equity plan is in place to comply with the Employment equity act
    • Ensuring compliance with the rules of bargaining councils

     

  • Payroll services
    • Running of a payroll system on your behalf, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on the needs of the client
    • Ensuring correct deductions are made in accordance with employment contract, labour legislation, bargaining councils and tax laws
    • Payment and submission of employees tax, UIF and SDL
    • Annual submission to the compensation commissioner
    • Payment and reconciliation of deductions like medical aid, provident fund and garnishee orders
